Brian R. Grimm has been licensed to practice law since 1998, when he graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law. He has a scientific and technical background from his undergraduate course work, also at the University of Illinois. Since starting with StellatoSchwartz straight from law school, he has litigated cases in nearly every county and jurisdiction in the State of Illinois. As a Leading Lawyer, in 2011 and 2012, based on a survey by his peers, he has successfully taken cases to jury trial verdict in Kane, DuPage, Will, Lake, Cook, Champaign, DeKalb, and Warren Counties. He has also handled over 1,000 depositions, from the routine to the most complex. He is further licensed in the States of Illinois and Wisconsin as well as the Northern, Central and Southern District Federal Courts of Illinois. The majority of his work has been in the areas of transportation, premises, construction, professional, products, and liquor liability.
